Availability of Products
1. How about Stock Availability?
In normal conditions, for all Products stock is available. But if in certain conditions stock of a particular product is not available then you will see this screen after placing the order “This product is not Available in stock” In such scenario you cannot place order. And you will not be charged for the order.
2. If stock is not available how soon should I try for placing next order?
You can try within a week’s period of time again for placing an order. If again this time you face the same problem of stock unavailability then you can call our helpline.
Online Purchasing
1. How to order online?
  • Click on the Product .
  • Click on Buy this product which will be added to My cart.
  • Finally you have to click on Pay now for your total order placed.
  • Fill the details of card for payment.
  • If it is processed successfully you should be able to receive your order within 3-4 days from date of placing an order.
2. After order processed when should I get the delivery of products ordered?
You should be able to get the delivery of products ordered within 3-4 days from date of delivery.
If you do not get the order within specified time of 3-4 days, then you can call our helpline number + 1 - 862-239-5088

3. What if order got returned from home because no one was available to receive the order?
If packet of order got returned from home then you can collect it from Post office and check with USPS.

Order by Phone
1. How should I place order by phone?
You can call our Customer Support number for placing an order by phone.
2. How to make payment?
In case you cannot purchase product online, you can give details of your credit card on phone and our customer representative will purchase on your behalf.
3. When should I get delivery if I place order on phone?
You should be able to get the delivery of products ordered within 3-4 days from date of delivery.
If you do not get the order within specified time of 3-4 days, then you can call our helpline number.

Cancellation policy
1. How should I cancel my order?
  • If you have made payment and then for some reason you want to cancel the order then you have to cancel it within 2 days from making the payment.
  • After elapse of the period of 2 days you cannot cancel your order.
2. Refund Policy:
You will be refunded your money if you want to cancel your order. Refund will be deposited within 2-3 days after cancelling your order.

3. What if I want to place another order after cancelling the previous one?
